Yes. We guarantee every item we sell in best condition. But we highly
recommend buyer add the insurance when purchasing, we do not respond for any
lost if insurance do not add (if delivery item is broken or lost). Once
buyer adds the insurance, buyer can return item for exchange for free if
item is broken or lost in delivery, but buyer needs to pay the return
shipping. And the insurance only cover the item during the delivery.
Always contact the factory first to verify that the given guarantee or
warranty after 30 days from the original order date. We do not responsible
for any shipping fee. handling fee or any fee from the third party.

What are my shipping options
we offers regular air mail post shipping
methods for free. (for some item upgrade to registered airmail and insurance
is compulsory) For larger or urgent orders, customers are welcome to
choose EMS Express for faster delivery of products for a nominal upgrade fee
to cover cost. For the EMS upgrade option and fee information you may
contact us directly.
We automatically upgrade larger orders to EMS Express or Parcel mail for
faster delivery, it depend on the order value, size, and weight.
For countries not served by EMS, DHL or Fedex will be used instead. In
general DHL and Fedex costs more than EMS so there may be additional
express shipment charges. In those scenarios you will be contacted by a
Customer Service agent about the charge.
How about tax
Because Order-Bulk.com sends products from Hong Kong (a free port), there
is no sales tax or duties imposed by the Hong Kong government. Customers do
not have to pay any sales tax or export duties when they purchase from
Order-Bulk.com .

have ever got opened by the Customs in customers countries. All retail
orders will be marked as gift when delivery. If the package is checked by

How insurance work
For any broken or lost items during delivery, we offer free exchange item
and free reshipping cost (we will not charge any handling fee) once the
buyer added the insurance when purchasing. But buyer must return the
defective item (buyer pays for return shipping items) we dont offer any RMA.,On the other hand some items is compulsory upgrade shipping to registered air mail, (it depend on
the cost of item, destination, and shipping cost).

How long should I wait
Normally We will ship our product when your payment is confirmed within 2
business days, if your order is out of stock, in most case we can ship out
your order in next Friday. We do air mail which takes 7-14 business day to

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order
You can change your shipping address before your order processing enter
your PayPals e-mail address and your order ID. Address and recipients can
be changed when the order status is Accept, Pending and Waiting for Supplier.
When it is showing Processing, please contact us as soon as possible to
change your address. We will do our best to have your delivery details
changed. Note that in some circumstances the package may be already left our
warehouse before your request is processed and thus address cannot be
changed.
Non-Deliverable

Due to the high costs of shipping, we reserve the right not to reimburse
shipping costs associated with non-deliverable shipments due to customer
error in address or availability. Address corrections for shipments
in-transit by customers request will be subject to any associated carrier
charges at time of request.
What is my order status? And how long will it take to process my order
Once an order request has been received by us, you will receive an
e-mails from us regarding the processing of your order.
You can obtain your order status directly at the Order-Bulk.com Account
order history with your order ID, (not the PayPals transaction ID).
Your order goes through several steps before reaching your door. Here are
those steps:

must be in "new" condition) The returned item would be checked for its
condition once we received. We can offer exchange order, or money refund if
problem found in the item. However, we will charge 30% handling fee. Please

Return for exchange
Order-Bulk.com gadgets, especially electronics and accessories, are
produced by manufacturers all over the place. While we strive to provide you
with quality gadgets at a bargain, a product might not perform as expected
by the time its delivered. In such cases, you may ask for a replacement,
and on return of the product, you will be shipped a replacement.
Defective products are exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Contact us
at contact us and we may require you upload a
picture or video file clearly showing the defect of the product and we will
give you a response within 72 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public
holidays).
We recommend customers to keep the original packaging of the order until
the items are found to be in good condition. Our customer care staffs may
request that you send a picture of the original packaging to research on and
help you resolve any product or order related questions.
After 30 days from delivery the return shipping costs (both ways) will be
the sole responsibility of the customer. We will still try to exchange your
defective products for a brand new one where possible.
Do your reimburse shipping charges on returns
We do not pay you freight charges on returns. We cannot accept any
parcels freight collect or COD. We reserve the right not to reimburse
handling fees, packing fees, and shipping fees of retail outlets above
published shipping rates on order that have been approved for freight
reimbursement.
How long can I receive your
refund
We do full refund of any item which is out of stock. Refunds are
processed within 1-5 business days after you received our confirmation on
the cancellation, and the PayPal refund can be seen in your PayPal account
right away once it is processed. Once processed, you will receive a

Order cancellation
To request cancellation, you will be charged 15% of the payment for order
canceled before shipment.
For order canceled after shipment, you will be charged the shipping cost

When will a replacement be sent
Replacements are treated the same way as that of new orders -- they
typically arrive in 10 to 13 days. If a product needs to be returned for
replacement, the replacement is sent after receiving the returned item, and we recommend item return by first class air mail.
If I do not receive my order ID, or confirmation email what should I do
We send confirmation email to your account registered email address once
you return to our site, and see the word "Your Order Has Been Processed!", In

appear in your account, but your order will still process and we will add
